• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across assigned outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and support F&B Supervisors and service team members, ensuring effective staff allocation, smooth coordination, and professional service delivery.
• Monitor service quality, guest feedback, inventory usage, and operating procedures to maintain brand standards and support departmental targets.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations, timely service, and compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Assist the F&B Manager in staff training, performance monitoring, cost control, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory experience; hotel/resort experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, guest relations, staff supervision, and food safety procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
