Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.
Assign tasks to service team members and ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
Welcome guests, assist with menu recommendations, and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.Support the F&B Supervisor in training team members, monitoring service quality, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in an upscale hotel or resort.
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar team-leading role is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu items, and guest service etiquette.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
