• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and efficient workflow.
• Develop beverage menus, signature cocktails, and promotions in line with the hotel's concept and target market.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, ensuring compliance with service standards, hygiene requirements, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Monitor revenue, beverage costs, guest feedback, and operational performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with the F&B team and other departments to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or high-volume establishment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage products, cocktail preparation, menu development, inventory control, and beverage cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
