• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure efficient service, beverage quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to bar team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor beverage preparation, presentation, and service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Assist with beverage inventory, stock control, requisitions, and cost management.
• Train and support team members while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and coordinate with other F&B outlets when necessary.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, bar service standards, inventory control, and beverage cost management.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
