• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Recommend beverages to guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Monitor beverage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Coordinate with the bar and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

• High school diploma or vocational training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or restaurant, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
