• Supervise daily bar service activities and support the team in delivering efficient, professional, and friendly guest service.
• Coordinate bar attendants and bartenders to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service standards.
• Assist with beverage preparation, presentation, and service while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, equipment condition, and stock levels, reporting any shortages or operational issues to the Bar Supervisor.
• Handle guest requests and support the resolution of service issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training new team members and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Diploma or vocational training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or restaurant.
• Previous experience as a Bar Captain or in a similar team-leading role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of beverage service, basic cocktail preparation, bar setup, and stock control.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
