• Respond to guest inquiries, assist with special requests, and coordinate with the service team to meet guest needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

• High school diploma or vocational training in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a guest-facing role, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or restaurant, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred
