• Assist with daily butchery operations, including cleaning, cutting, trimming, and portioning meat according to kitchen standards.
• Prepare and organize meat products as required by the kitchen team.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards throughout all preparation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.

• Previous experience in a butchery or kitchen position is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of meat preparation and handling is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Good awareness of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
