• Supervise daily food preparation and cooking activities in the staff canteen, ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus, recipes, and portion standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service for colleagues.
• Monitor food stock levels, ingredient quality, and proper storage procedures.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position, preferably in a hotel or large-scale catering operation.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to supervise team members and maintain consistent food quality.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock control procedures.
• Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
