Sales Executive – Embassies and Chamber of Commerce (Expat)

The Sales Executive – Embassies and Chamber of Commerce is responsible for developing and growing total hotel revenue including rooms, MICE, wellness, and other hotel services generated from Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, and the expatriate community residing in Hanoi. The role positions the hotel as a getaway destination retreat from the city while also capturing MICE, wellness, and other revenue opportunities that naturally arise from these same relationships (embassy receptions, chamber gatherings, corporate meetings, wellness retreats and similar packages).

This role focuses on the segment of foreign nationals living and working in Hanoi (expatriate residents), including individual/family expats, Embassies, and foreign business organizations/chambers. This is a market segment definition based on this guest group's specific needs and purchasing behavior, not a nationality exclusion criterion.

Products sold: (1) leisure/getaway stays for guests seeking rest away from the city, (2) MICE business generated from this segment embassy receptions, national day celebrations, chamber networking events, and corporate meetings hosted by expatriate linked organizations, (3) Wellness experiences and similar retreat packages offered through the hotel's wellness program, and (4) other hotel revenue streams (F&B, spa, and additional services) where opportunities arise from these relationships. MICE and wellness opportunities are pursued as they naturally arise from the same relationships (embassies and chambers regularly host events and staff wellness initiatives), rather than as separately prospected business lines.
