Learning & Development Officer / Nhân viên Đào tạo & Phát triển (6 - month Contract)

• Support the Learning & Development Executive in planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs in accordance with the resort’s training plan.
• Organize and conduct orientation programs for new Heartists, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and understanding of the resort’s culture, values, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Department Heads and Departmental Trainers to organize internal training sessions on service excellence, brand standards, corporate culture, and soft skills.
• Support the implementation of Accor learning initiatives, online learning platforms, mandatory training, and cross-training programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, certificates, and logistical arrangements for training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records, monitor training participation, prepare reports, and collect feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal events, staff celebrations, employee engagement activities, and talent development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Learning & Development Executive and People & Culture Management.

• 6-month employment contract with 100% basic salary from the first working day (no probation period).
• 100% monthly service charge entitlement from the first working day, based on actual working days and company policies.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Training Coordination is an advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about learning, people development, and the hospitality industry.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work effectively with different departments.
