Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel, drive business performance, strengthen our market position, and bring Dusit’s distinctive Thai graciousness to every guest experience.

 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Lead daily hotel operations, define business direction, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Commercial Excellence: Drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, maximize direct bookings through Dusi*****, and achieve an RGI above 100 within the competitive set.
• Guest Experience: Champion exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and the consistent delivery of Dusit brand promises.
• People & Culture: Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all hotel departments, ensure operational efficiency, manage costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and security.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hotel owners, business partners, and the local community to strengthen the hotel's reputation and business opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• 10–15 years of hotel management experience, including experience in a similar leadership capacity, preferably within a five-star hotel environment.
• Proven achievements in hotel operations, particularly Rooms and Food & Beverage, with strong commercial acumen and ideally experience in Sales and Revenue Management.
• Demonstrated ability to improve hotel performance, drive revenue, optimize profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A positive, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for people, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
