The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall hotel operations, business performance, guest experience, and team development to ensure operational excellence and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
Ensure high standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, budget control, and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop department heads and hotel employees.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve occupancy, revenue, and market positioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, and capable of leading a diverse team.
