Mô tả công việc
• Lead daily operations with a decisive, visible presence in all departments.
• Deputize for the Acting GM, leading briefings and critical decisions.
• Keep FOH and BOH communication tight to maximize team execution.
• Uphold Zannier’s heritage-focused, ultra-luxury ethos in every detail.
• Host VIPs, return guests and media; lead guest recovery with discretion.
• Inspect all arrival villas and outlet opening/closing; refine SOPs.
• Support the 2027 manning and budget plans; monitor labor and OPEX.
• Mentor HODs daily and act as secondary arbitrator on employee relations.

Yêu cầu công việc
• 3+ years as EAM, Director of F&B, Director of Rooms, Operations Manager or Resort Manager in internationally recognized 5-star luxury resorts.
• Remote or standalone resort experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional operational stamina and sharp problem-solving under pressure.
• Flawless written and spoken English, plus one European language.
• Adaptable, cooperative, empathetic yet goal-driven; zero compromise on details.
