Bartender (contract 7 months)

2. To restocking the dining room and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen.

3. To always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the bar/lounge is open.

4. To prepare all beverage required for service, including coffee, iced tea and hot water.

5. To fill up the curate set and other condiments.

6. To reset tables with fresh linens and set the table according to the meal period.

7. To pick up food/ drink from kitchen and bartender and bring to the side stations.

8. To assist bar/lounge servers to serve the guest.

9. To pour water and refill coffee and tea cups.

10. During busy periods, to assist servers by serving food and beverage to guests.

11. Top perform outlet opening duties such as setting tables, chairs, printing item / dish names for placing in front of the dishes.

12. To clean side stations and stocking and replenishing side station supplies.

13. To empty and clean food preparation carts.

14. To clean the coffee urn and the bread warmer, and other cutlery.

15. To return soiled linens to the laundry.

16. To collect fresh linens and take them to the bar/lounge.

17. Responsible for conducting all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.

18. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

19. To perform other duties deemed necessary by Supervisor, Manager and/or Department Head.

1. Experience in a similar role in a high volume five-star hotels or upscale hotels preferred

2. Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or in a related field.

3. Good command of English and Vietnamese.

4. Eye for details
