Mô tả công việc

  1.  Lead the operational set-up during the pre-opening phase and manage day-to-day operations after opening; coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
  2. Support the General Manager in developing and executing localized business strategies; participate in budget preparation, implement cost-control measures, and contribute to achieving revenue and profit targets.
  3. Support the execution of localized marketing initiatives, driving product mix, channel coordination and on-property sales conversion.
  4. Manage the operations team, including training and performance appraisal; align group standards with local team practices.
  5. Ensure operational compliance with local laws and regulations and group policies; liaise with local authorities, owners, business partners and the group.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager or Resident Manager in economy/midscale branded hotels, or in operations/resident management at upscale hotels; pre-opening experience preferred.
  2. Fluent English as a working language.
  3.  Strong communication, coordination and execution skills; able to work under pressure and adapt to a multicultural environment.
