The Albion our newly unveiled elevated casual restaurant in partnership with 2* Michelin Chef Kirk Westaway is on a mission to deliver a new sense of modern British gastronomy to the vibrant culinary scene in Ho Chi Minh. Be a part of something special….

• Ensure smooth and efficient production of the beverages all times
• Ensure an extremely detailed presentation of the beverages
• Collect beverage and general store requisition
• Take orders and serve drinks of any guest seating at the bar counter
• Ensure proper bar set up as well as work station organization as per given guidelines
• Ensure excellent communication within the team
• Apply all knowledge learned during the food and beverage training 
• Ensure bar display is consistent with the MGallery Brand Standards
• Other duties as assigned by managers.

• At least 1 year experience at the same position
• Good appearance
• Fantastic presentation skills
• Great organization and coordination ability
• Good communication skills and infectious personality
• Fluent communication in English.
• Loves the stage, outgoing and well presented
• Customer service-oriented
