Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and systems.

Experience in handling room reservations, changes, cancellations, group bookings and special requests.

Good understanding of room types, rates, availability and hotel facilities.

Strong attention to detail in managing reservation records, room blocks, market codes and billing information.

Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Revenue Management and other hotel departments.

Excellent communication and telephone etiquette, with a professional and guest-focused approach.

Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns and reservation issues effectively.

Ability to apply upselling and sales techniques to maximize hotel revenue.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building long-term guest relationships.

Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Commitment to MGallery brand standards, hotel policies, health & safety and professional conduct.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field.

Previous experience in Hotel Reservations, Front Office or related hospitality roles is preferred.

Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room types, rates and hotel services.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Office and hotel reservation systems/PMS.

Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple reservations and guest requests.

Positive, proactive and guest-oriented attitude.

Flexible to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and support the team when required.
