Troubleshooting, operation, repair, and maintenance of:
• Maintain low-voltage distribution boxes
• Kitchen equipment, laundry machines.
• Maintain TV, antenna & hotel sound equipment.
• Inventory the equipment/tools periodically.
• Executive preventive maintenance program for the electric system, kitchen equipment, and laundry machine.
• To maintain chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, A/C controls, exhaust, and ventilation systems running smoothly.
• To check cold rooms, fridges, ice machines, etc periodically and keep them in tip-top condition.
• Hot and cold-water supply systems, fire and freshwater tanks, etc.
• Attend to function order requests such as setting a tent, sound system, lighting, etc.
• Report immediately any malfunction of equipment or unusual sights to the Assistant Chief Engineer, and take action accordingly.
• Respond and attend to a fire alarm or emergency as the occasion arises.
• Maintain electrical equipment in tip-top condition in terms of performance.
• Control BMS system

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1 year of same experience
• Able to troubleshoot and repair air conditioning equipment efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance reports and work orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to supervise technicians and organize daily maintenance tasks.
