From 10/2016 to 11/2019 (Assistant Chief Engineer) From 12/2019 to present: Chief Engineer  Managing engineer team with 1 Assistant Chief Engineer, 1 Landscape Manager, 4 Engineering Supervisors, 4 Duty Engineer and 22 engineering staffs and 30 gardeners.  Recruiting and training engineering staffs in accordance with Melia Hotels International (MHI) guideline.  Working directly with Director of Operation Manager and General Manager.  Ensuring 24 hours engineering and maintenance coverage for Melia Danang with 264 rooms, 3 outlet restaurants, 1 ball room, 3 meeting rooms, 7 swimming pools and support the PMU to build 2 new Buildings.  Planning and inspecting areas to ensure preventative maintenance plan (PMP) in scheduled.  Maintaining logs and record for all engineering equipment.  Providing advice to DOO/GM/Owner on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property.  Planning and managing engineering Opex and Capex budget for hotel.  Preparing, modifying, establishing the maintenance schedule as well as making maintenance forms, SOP according the MHI standards.  Building up and operating the energy conservation.  Ensuring all requests of technical services are processed safely and quickly as much as possible to bring customers the highest standard quality service.  Ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures.  Managing the refurbishment project (timeline, cost effectively and minimum affected operation).  Closely monitoring the condition of the physical property and equipment by conducting continual inspections of the building. Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are in operation and regularly upgraded.  Controlling materials, doing inventory at Engineering store and processing purchase requests.  Ensuring the cost effectiveness and technical efficiency of all services performed by outside contracts by close supervision. Ensure all work is carried.  Preparing report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly).  Complete other duties as assigned by General Manager of hotel.
