Wyndhamsoleil Đà Nẵng --------- Experienced in setting up the entire IT system for the hotel from the pre-opening stage. Oversee the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Manage IT team to ensure smooth operation of hotel systems and guest-facing technologies. Coordinate with departments to support business applications such as PMS, POS, and keycard systems. Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with company policies. Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance. Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance system usage and efficiency ---------------- Responsibilities: Responsible for solving IT problems at: o Vinpearl Phu Quoc o Vinpearl Quang Nam – Ha Long – Ho Chi Minh • Manage ESXi (Host), Virtual Machine server. • Manage and configure Switches(Cisco, HP), AP(Cisco, HP), Controller (HP, Cisco) • Manage PBX Siemens (Hipath 4000), PBX Alcatel Lucent , Cisco video conference, Alcatel video conference • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users, hotel management software(Opera, Simphony,HMS, Vingcard,…) and hardware, network, e -mail, virus, printer, scanner,… to end -users. • Manage and provide IT devices to end -user • Support and troubleshooting via phone, remote desktop, email, onsite, chat, guideline. • Work on project as assigned --------------------- ---------------------- Balcona Hotel — BlueSun Hotel IT Manager 1 2017 — 2020 Manage ESXi (Host), Virtual Machine server.
