Responsible for ensuring that all daily activities of team members are carried out efficiently and professionally. Personnel Management: + Develop personnel levels, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to personnel budget. + Support recruitment, performance evaluation, assign specific tasks to subordinate staff, and build a positive work environment. + Training: Develop monthly and quarterly training plans. Provide job guidance and mentor subordinate staff. + Plan for the development of potential personnel. Management Planning: + Plan, declare, monitor, and report on the results of departmental action plans. + Report on work results periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). Financial Management: Controlling the proper execution of capital investments/operating expenses/budget constraints Managing and developing entertainment and recreational services along with park tours: organizing entertainment programs and mini games to create a fun atmosphere and provide enjoyable experiences for customers. Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborating with departments to ensure the achievement of common operational goals
