Maintain highest standards and quality off services in housekeeping operation to meet and exceed guest’s expectation.
Oversee public area, room, laundry, linen, flower, decoration and Guest service.
Develop, conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of our business.
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports.
Responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s philosophy
Achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff
Accountable for planning, directing and controlling the provision of clean and efficient services, to ensure high guest satisfaction and minimize costs within the given level of standard

Yêu cầu công việc

Previous experience with Accor or Luxury hotel Chain
Minimum 1 year Experience in similar position.
Exceptional communication skills English and Vietnamese, verbally and written.
Good understanding of hygiene & protocols, cleaning procedures and chemicals, raw materials and compounds; i.e wood, granite, copper and marble.
