Mô tả công việc
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure efficient service delivery, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel service standards.
- Monitor service quality, food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, and operational procedures to maintain a consistent guest experience.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and proper handling of guest requests and feedback.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and hotel policies.
- Assist the F&B Manager in monitoring operating costs, inventory, and departmental performance to achieve operational targets.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations; supervisory experience and hotel/resort experience are preferred.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, guest relations, food safety, and daily operational procedures.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with the OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
