• Supervise daily reservation operations to ensure accurate booking processing, timely responses, and high service standards.
• Monitor room availability, rates, booking details, and special requests to ensure reservation accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and other departments to manage room inventory and optimize occupancy.
• Handle reservation inquiries, guest requests, amendments, cancellations, and booking-related issues professionally.
• Monitor reservation team performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and support Reservation Agents to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist the Reservations Manager in implementing procedures and improving reservation processes.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in an upscale hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory experience in Reservations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of room inventory, rate structures, distribution channels, booking procedures, and reservation systems.
• Familiarity with OPERA hotel management system is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred.
