1. Cần tuyển Đầu Bếp/Cook:

Job Description:
A Cook works under the Section Chef's instructions in preparing and cooking menu items provided to customers. He/she is also responsible for keeping the workplace clean.
• Provide customer-oriented services according to company policies.
- Maintain a customer-first attitude at all times.
- Predict customer demands and always put customers first.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and precisely.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge which surpasses the experiences and knowledge of customers.
- Provide optimal on-site solutions to customer complaints.
- Respond immediately to any menu-related problems in customer service.
• Provide optical on-site solutions to any customer complaints.
• Maintain a perfect knowledge of services provided by the hotel in dealing with customers.
• Always share information with other employees regarding services and restaurant menus in the hotel industry.
• Carry out duties in such a way that menu items and services are provided smoothly.
• Keep informed of customer service standards and act accordingly.
• Provide a predictable and standardized service as bare minimum.
We are looking for Cook for Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, Banquet kit, Cold kit, Butchery and Bakery.
• Chef is responsible of upholding hygiene standard and responsible of waste control
Job Requirements
- Education: Relevant bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Experience: Major in culinary arts from college or university or higher
- Credentials: Culinary certificate a must. Advanced culinary certificate preferred.
- Must speak English fluent enough to be able to deal with customers and present menu
- Must possess general knowledge of the food and culture of a given field
- Must be a good communicator. Must be able to manage personnel well.
- Must show basic computer proficiency such as with MS Office
- Must demonstrate an accurate understanding of how to calculate and manage cost
- Must demonstrate an understanding of, and skills to use, kitchen facility, utility, equipment and kitchenware
- Must know applicable laws regarding food safety and general kitchen operation

2. Waiter/Waitress:

Working hours/Salary:
- Full time: 4PM-12PM (every day, Sunday Off)
Salary: Negorciable

Requirement:
1. Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the proper etiquettes and service standard
- Knowledge of international wine
- Basic math skills
- Prior experience working as a waiter/waitress
- Prior experience in wine service skills
- Good English and communications skills are required

3. Bar Captain
- Giúp khách hàng có những trải nhiệm đáng nhớ về đồ uống tại nhà hàng
- Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn nguyên vật liệu, hàng hóa đầu vào, tiêu chuẩn đồ uống
- Kiểm soát các bartender thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm đảm bảo về chất lượng, trình bày đẹp.
- Lên danh sách và yêu cầu đặt hàng cho bar hàng ngày và tổ chức nhận hàng từ kho theo quy trình quản lý hàng hóa kho.
- Tổ chức, kiểm soát quản lý nguyên vật liệu theo đúng định mức đã đưa ra
- Quản lý tài sản, công cụ dụng cụ của quầy bar
- Quản lý nhân sự của quầy bar
- Đào tạo, đánh giá năng lực của từng nhân viên trong quầy bar.
- Điều hành hoạt động của quầy bar, điều động nhân viên thực hiện công việc, tổ chức thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Quản lý nhà hàng
- Báo cáo và bàn giao công việc với Quản lý nhà hàng và cấp dưới
- Thực hiện công việc pha chế.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên, trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong bar nhà hàng, khách sạn.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt
- Có ngoại hình khá.
- Khả năng quan sát, chi tiết và tổng hợp.
- Có ý chí tiến thủ, nhiệt tình
- Chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có thể làm việc vào ngày thứ bảy, chủ nhật và ngày lễ
- Trung thực, vui vẻ và chăm chỉ
- Có phương tiện đi lại thuận tiện
- Vui vẻ, nhanh nhẹn, yêu thích công việc.
